Shop Policies & FAQs:


Shop Policies:

  • We do not except returns, but will happily exchange an item for you.
  • All exchanges must be made within 14 days of arrival of the item to you and item must be shipped back to seller within 30 days.
  • You can cancel an order by contacting me through email within 24 hrs of first submitting the order.
  • If you would like a custom order, please email me and we’ll see what we can do.
  • Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after they are submitted.
  • You will receive shipping notification and a tracking number when your item ships. 
  • We are currently shipping to the U.S. and U.K. only. As we expand shipping, we’ll be adding more countries.
  • We have no control over our shipping or returns with Teepublic or Amazon.




Do I do custom work/orders?

I can do custom orders. Just email me and let’s talk. All custom orders placed will need a 50% deposit and full payment after the artwork is approved.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only shipping to the U.K. We hope work out all international orders as soon as possible.

Do you do art shows/events?

We do vend at shows around Atlanta. Check our News & Events page for up to date information.

Do you sale wholesale?

We are working on line sheets and info for wholesale orders coming in early 2020.

Do you sale in any brick & mortar stores?

Not currently, but our goal is to have items in stores soon. If you are a shop owner and would like to carry Coconut Moe products, please email me.
